Can I see and export every keyword?+
Yes. All matching terms are available by default, with 100 rows per page. Choose the top 10, 25, 50, 100, or a custom N when useful. Pagination affects display only; downloads include the full filtered set.
How is keyword density calculated?+
Occurrences divided by the original number of valid word or phrase positions, multiplied by 100. Stopwords, searches, minimum occurrences, and top-N filters do not change that denominator. Phrases never bridge sentence or line boundaries. Singulars and plurals remain separate.
What is included in CSV and TXT exports?+
Both contain ranks, terms, occurrences, and percentages for the current filtered set. CSV uses UTF-8 for spreadsheet compatibility. TXT is tab-separated and also records the denominator and phrase length. Files are generated locally in your browser.
Are characters the same as bytes?+
No. Many non-English characters and emoji use multiple UTF-8 bytes. Check the requirements of your exact marketplace, locale, and listing field. This tool does not validate every platform policy.
Is my text stored or uploaded?+
Text is processed locally and draft saving is off by default. Opt in to store a draft in this browser. Clearing text deletes this tool’s draft without affecting PDF-tool records. Switching language temporarily carries your current text to the other language page.
How reliable are the readability scores?+
They are rough English-language estimates: Flesch Reading Ease, Flesch-Kincaid Grade, and ARI. Syllables are estimated, and these scores should not be used to judge Chinese writing. Reading and speaking estimates use 200 and 130 words per minute.
Why might another counter disagree?+
Tools vary in how they handle compounds, numbers, language segmentation, and paragraph boundaries. Follow the required platform’s own count when submitting work. Up to 500,000 Unicode characters can be analyzed at once; larger input is flagged rather than silently truncated.
